Mama Gym: Bring children ages 0-5 to play in our space while you work your way through 4-5 stations of mindful movements. Parents can come and go as needed, maybe you wan to go through the series of movements 1 or 5 times. Parents are responsible for their children and I offer support to both parents and children. the environment is supportive and non-competitive. My focus is on helping parents safely rebuild their core. In our culture, we suffer back pain and things like instability in our pelvic floor which can be caused by over tightening certain muscles while completely ignoring others, creating imbalance. Strength will be built in a way that truly benefits the whole body.
